האיגוד הקרדיולוגי בישראל הוא אחד האיגודים ב European Society of Cardiology.
כל חבר באיגוד מקבל אוטומטית מעמד של חבר (member) ב ESC.

רבים מחברי האיגוד פעילים בגופים השונים של ה ESC, ושותפים לתכנית המדעית של הכנסים המרכזיים ולכתיבת ניירות העמדה של הארגון האירופי.

חברי האיגוד יכולים להגיש מועמדותם לקבל מעמד של ESC Fellow, כמו גם לתואר European Cardiologist המאשר מומחיות בקרדיולוגיה בכל מדינות אירופה ויכולים גם להתמודד על קרנות ומילגות השתלמות המחולקות ע"י ה ESC.

EAE Research Grants - apply before 30 September 2011

EAE Research GrantsThe European Association of Echocardiography (EAE) offers two research grants to help young doctors obtain research experience in a high standard academic centre in an ESC member country other than their own.
The EAE provides financial support of 25,000 euros for one year to the grant recipient.

European Forum on CVD Prevention at ESC Congress 2011Organised each year by the European Association for Cardiovascular Prevention and Rehabilitation (EACPR), this forum is the meeting place where National Coordinators for CVD Prevention (NCCP), professional partner societies and prevention experts exchange practical experiences on CVD prevention and address potential issues they may encounter on a national level.

Be sure to join us on Sunday 28 August when some best practice examples from Georgia and the Russian Federation will be presented.
